TERMS OF SERVICES

Commissioning

 

Please have a clear idea of what you want.

Provide a clear, SFW and unshaded ref.

Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty and size of your commission.

 

Payment

 

Payment in USD (or CAD equivalent) is made via Paypal invoice & expected within 48 hours of an accepted commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in commission slot cancellation.

Refunds

​

Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund. I can decide to cancel your commission at any moment without a refund if you make me uncomfortable and/or if you're harrassing me during the process.

​

I will NOT be giving refund unless a good reason on the purchaser's part. 

​

 

Turnaround time

 

Waiting time may vary from 1 week to 3/4 months, even when my queue is empty. I’m a student with a part time job, so finding time is not always easy. I'm at school everyday from 8 AM to 6 PM and at job until 10 PM. 

I have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel and chronic tendonitis in both my wrists. It may slow down my working pace.

I’ll give you a trello link with my current queue. (Can also be found in my contact page.) A Trello card will allow you to have access to the status of you commission in real time.

I have the right to use your commission. I can post it on my social medias.

You have the right to repost your commission with proper credit ! (Link to the original drawing or my artist name)
You can print it for yourself, use it as profile picture, background picture, etc. You can't sell the artwork, use it on merch, or use it for NFTS. Do not make money with my art unless we've discussed about it and you have my written permission.
